Troubleshooting:

• Student Log in Issues
  • Log in to the Educator Portal
  • Select "Manage Students" at the top of the webpage
  • Use the search fields above the first name, last name, or ID columns to search for the student
  • Under the "Eligibility" column, choose "Select"
  • In the popup window, select "eligibility type (blind or visually impaired,other physical disability, or reading deficit)"
  • Select "Save". The student will now have full access to Learning Ally’s audio book library.
• Ensure student has ample storage space on the iPad to download book
• If the student is logging in with Clever and experiences issues, such as the book or app randomly closing, have the student use the app directly and not login through Clever at all. Before using the Learning Ally app, ensure that the student is also logged in to their Google Email account in Safari.
