iOS WIFI Troubleshooting


If the staff or student iPad is having issues connecting to the network, try the following:


1. Open iPad's "Settings"

2. Select Wi-Fi and hit the small blue "i" in the circle next to NSC_Corp

3. Click on "Forget This Network", confirm by selecting "Forget" again

4. Select "NSC_Corp"

5. Input Username (Students: ID/Lunch Code, Staff: first_lastname) and password and click on "Join"

6. Choose "Trust" on the Certificate

7. If it says, "Unable to join the network", select the little blue "i" to ensure "Private Address" is turned off and try logging in again

8. If the iPad is still not connecting, stay in iPad's "Settings", select "General", click on "Reset", and select "Reset Network Settings". iPad will turn off, once it turns again follow steps 5 & 6.
