If the staff or student iPad is having issues connecting to the network, try the following:
1. Open iPad's "Settings"
2. Select Wi-Fi
3. Tap the small blue "i" in the circle next to NSC_Corp, Click forget this network. Confirm by selecting forget again.
4. Tap the small blue "i" in the circle next to NSC_Corp again, and locate "Private Address" make sure it is turned off.
5. If Private address is set to "Fixed", tap on fixed and change it to off.
6. Select "Allow Tracking" on the next prompt.
7. Click on WiFi again and select NSC_Corp.
8. Input username and password (student ID and password for students) (firstname_lastname and password for staff), click on "Join".
9. Choose "Trust" on the Certificate.
