To fix the flickering, change the resolution on your ATV.
Click Settings on your ATV (if you see the cityscape click on the menu button to bring up this screen).
(TA's - if the ATV is locked, contact Kaylee, Amy, Jenny, Kristi or Travis to unlock it to update the resolution)
Select Video and Audio
Click on Resolution
Change resolution from 1080p to 720p
Click OK
Complete a hard restart by holding the "down" and menu button on the Apple TV remote at the same time. Let go to finish the hard restart. The Apple logo will appear and the Apple TV should then start up.
