Students and Parents,

If this is your first time creating a ticket, be sure to login using the student's school email address (first_lastname_gradyear@nobl.k12.in.us). After creating your first ticket, you can login using lunchcode/student ID or email address with Canvas password.

You will receive an email from Sherpadesk (ex. <3gik04b.3dhiz6@app.sherpadesk.com>) confirming your ticket. You can use this email to continue the conversation regarding your ticket. Please create separate tickets for new concerns.

Apple TV - Flickering (not lagging)

To fix the flickering, change the resolution on your ATV.

Click Settings on your ATV (if you see the cityscape click on the menu button to bring up this screen).

Select Video and Audio

Click on Resolution

Change resolution from 1080p to 720p

Click OK

Complete a hard restart by holding the "down" and menu button on the Apple TV remote at the same time. Let go to finish the hard restart. The Apple logo will appear and the Apple TV should then start up.
