Resolve by
1. Remove shortcut by moving to Trash and Empty Trash Folder
2. Go to Finder - Go - Library - Cache - Pearson - then delete contents in folder, not folder itself
3. Run Client Monitor - Gradebook Shortcut will reinstall
4. Open PowerTeacher and select "Launch" in Gradebook
5. Test shortcut
