Free and Paid Apps for Student iPad(s)
1. Request here with a HelpDesk Ticket
- Select "iOS Device/Software Installation Request" as "Class"
- Complete all necessary information (see below screenshot)
- To ensure the correct app is downloaded include the app's website or open https://www.apple.com/app-store, find the app you are requesting and copy and paste the URL
3. You will receive an email from the ticket letting you know if your request is approved and when your application will available to download from the App Portal
4. Choose the App Portal on the Student iPad(s) to download the requested application
Free Apps for Staff iPad
1. Download using your personal Apple ID
OR
2. Obtain a new Apple ID by following the directions at http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534
Paid Apps for Staff iPad
1. If you choose to purchase your own app(s) using your personal Apple ID, the app will remain your property.
OR
2. Request the app to be purchased by ESC Technology by following the above directions for requesting student paid apps.
