This is handled through Clever now... Here are the basic steps... 1. Sign into Clever and click on myPLTW. Then click on "My Sites" after you are logged in.
2. Click on your school
Click on "Import Clever Classrooms"
Schools your Launch " PLTW Launch 5" and then select the classes you want imported and choose Import Classrooms.
Then your students should be able to sign in using Clever.
