Students and Parents,

If this is your first time creating a ticket, be sure to login using the student's school email address ( After creating your first ticket, you can login using lunchcode/student ID or email address with Canvas password.

You will receive an email from Sherpadesk (ex. <>) confirming your ticket. You can use this email to continue the conversation regarding your ticket. Please create separate tickets for new concerns.

Apple TV - Choppy/Lagging Connections

There are a few options for fixing Apple TV's when there is a choppy and lagging connection...

#1. It is best practice for classrooms to hard wire a laptop when playing videos to the projector. You can also work on your laptop while the video is playing! Click here for directions.

#2. Complete a restart on the device you are using to airplay (if it is an iOS device, hold the power button and home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo).

#3. Complete a hard restart on the Apple TV by holding the menu and down arrow at the same time for approx. 15 sec. Once you let go, you should see the Apple logo on the display.

#4. If the video is playing from YouTube, there is an option to stream directly from their source. Click here for directions.
