Students and Parents,

If this is your first time creating a ticket, be sure to login using the student's school email address ( After creating your first ticket, you can login using lunchcode/student ID or email address with Canvas password.

You will receive an email from Sherpadesk (ex. <>) confirming your ticket. You can use this email to continue the conversation regarding your ticket. Please create separate tickets for new concerns.

Adding a Printer and PaperCut to Windows Device

Adding a stand alone printer that has not been added to Papercut:

1. Go to Start (Window icon on bottom left of screen)
2. Select "Devices and Printers"
3. Choose "Add a Printer" - "Add a Local Printer" - "Create a New Port"
4. Select Standard TCP/IP Port
5. Input IP address of printer
6. Select Printer Driver if not autofilled
7. Type Name you would prefer to view on computer
8. Complete Test Print
