If this is your first time creating a ticket, be sure to login using the student's school email address ( After creating your first ticket, you can login using lunchcode/student ID or email address with Canvas password.

You will receive an email from Sherpadesk (ex. <>) confirming your ticket. You can use this email to continue the conversation regarding your ticket. Please create separate tickets for new concerns.

    Hi Jamie, Thank you for your post. Due to ongoing issues, we have turned off Captive Portal authentication. Students should no longer be prompted to sign-in and do not need to click the captive portal bookmark. Please call us at 317-773-2130 if your daughter is still experiencing issues. We appreciate your patience!

    On my daughters I pad the captive portal takes up to the noblesville schools homepage. We did try turning it off and back on with no changes to the problem.
