iPad Basic Troubleshooting (Apps not working, etc)


1. If you receive an error or slowness, refresh the browser by selecting the circle with the arrow to the right of the URL. This may need to be completed several times. If that does not resolve the issue, please continue to work through these steps.

2. Update iPad Software

3. Close all open applications (double click the home button, use a finger to swipe up on each open application)

4. Turn OFF "Request Desktop Website" (Go to Settings - Safari - open Request Desktop Website - Slide Off).

5. Clear Web Browser History (Stay in Settings - Safari - Clear History).

6. Make sure Pop-up Blockers are OFF (Stay in Settings - Safari - Block Pop-ups - Toggle OFF)

7. Ensure Date & Time on iPad are set correctly (Go to Settings - General - Date & Time - Ensure correct Time Zone)

8. Complete a hard restart (hold home & power button at the same time, letting go once the iPad turns black and Apple logo appears.
