Troubleshooting:

User getting an "unexpected error" when attempting to login to ParentSquare App:

1. Uninstall the app
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall the app (make sure you are downloading the latest version

If you are using an Android device, also complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Android settings and erase the app’s data
2. Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all Apps > ParentSquare > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage & Clear cache
3. Open the app and log back in
