MiDVD application will need to be requested by District Tech through a help desk ticket to be installed on the laptop. Disk Utility, VLC, and Handbrake will not perform the function needed to burn the DVD in a DVD format.
Tech note: Upon installation, the Technology password will be required. Then logout from the app store. The password is only required the first time you open the app.
